We recommend that you re-wrap your vehicle every 6 years. This will allow the wrap to be removed easily. Washing the vehicle regularly will extend the life of the wrap. We recommend washing the films by hand, as some pressure washers and automatic machines can damage the film.
Yes. We recommend that you take your vehicle to us or to a lettering shop that is familiar with the wrap removal process. Removing lettering requires a large amount of heat and various tools, such as torches and heat guns. To avoid damage to your vehicle and injury to yourself, it is recommended that you have a professional remove the wrap.
No. The paint under the film is protected from UV rays from the sun, exposure to the elements and minor scratches. It's like driving with a car cover on. The experience of the team and management is something to consider when choosing a lettering company to carry out your project. Inexperienced installers and supervisors could inadvertently damage your vehicle's paint during installation. Make sure the installers who are going to fit your wrap know how to do it without cutting into your vehicle's paint. You won't see it until the film is removed.
As your wrap is digitally created, we can reprint and install any part of the graphics that may be damaged on your vehicle. We always keep your artwork in case it needs to be reprinted. Sometimes this operation is even covered by your insurance if you have an accident. Please check with your insurance company.
The whole creation process can take between a day or two and two weeks, it all depends on the complexity of the drawing. Once the design is complete and the film is printed, it usually takes 1-2 days to install a film. On average, a vehicle wrap, design, print and install takes less than 2 weeks from invoice acceptance to wrap completion.
If you decide to cancel your order, Lettrage Pixel will refund the deposit, less the cost of photographing the vehicle, template and art. The retained deposit can be transferred to future projects. Canceling a project must be done before printing.
